Eric Blue - Investment Executive and CEO of Valler Holdings
Attorney and senior finance professional Eric Blue has experience in control and non-control investments across numerous industries and a background in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt capital markets. He serves as the chief executive officer and chief investment officer of Valler Holdings, a global company that acquires minority and majority stakes and public and private debt instruments. In this role, Eric Blue drives strategy development to strengthen the firm’s permanent capital base and long-term investment orientation. Functioning as collaborative partners, his team builds value for stakeholders by owning investments and subsidiaries and supporting growth in operating cash flow per share.
Mr. Blue began his investment career with Lehman Brothers in New York City, where he served as an investment banker and represented clients in the consumer goods space. He later worked in a corporate associate attorney roles with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Baker McKenzie, both located in Dallas, Texas.
Eric Blue holds a bachelor of science in mathematics from the Xavier University of Louisiana and a juris doctor from The University of Texas School of Law.
